Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Programs
These dynamic programs focus on teaching martial arts in a way that emphasizes a healthy body and mind. You will learn traditional martial arts, along with additional components including sparring, self-defense, dynamic kicking, physical development, and mental development. All areas are fun to learn and at the same time enhance the abilities of each student physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially.
SWAT, Black Belt, and Team MKA
These special teams incorporate learning highly advanced skills that will push you to the next level of your martial arts training. In these programs you will learn weapon techniques, competitive sparring, forms, and self defense.
Cardio Kickboxing
This circuit training format is developed to promote the sport of kickboxing through kickboxing for fitness. The techniques used during the one-hour workout are based on authentic kickboxing techniques which provide both resistance and cardio vascular benefits to its participants. The techniques learned can also be used for self-defense purposes.
